Shipping Information

Thank you for choosing Full Size Trading Company.

Many of our products are made after an order is placed. This allows us to offer a wider selection of designs, colors, sizes, and products while reducing unnecessary waste.

Order Processing

Because many of our products are made to order, please allow time for your order to be printed, inspected, packed, and prepared for shipment.

Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days before shipping.

Processing times may vary depending on:

  • Product type

  • Size and color selection

  • Product availability

  • Current order volume

  • Seasonal demand

Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed, delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected and your destination.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days after processing

During holidays, promotions, or periods of unusually high order volume, production and delivery times may be longer than normal.

Please note: Processing time and shipping time are separate.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout whenever available.

  • Package size and weight

  • Delivery location

  • Shipping carrier

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, they may arrive in separate shipments.

This is completely normal and occurs when products are manufactured or fulfilled by different production partners.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, you will receive an email containing your tracking number after your order has shipped.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after a shipping label has been created.

Shipping Address

Please carefully verify your shipping address before completing your order.

Full Size Trading Company cannot be responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

If your package appears delayed:

  1. Check your tracking information first.

  2. Contact the shipping carrier if appropriate.

  3. If you still need assistance, contact us and we'll be happy to help however we can.
