Products and Availability

FSTCO offers apparel, accessories, home and living products, custom-designed merchandise, teamwear, and other goods.

Many of our products are produced on demand by third-party manufacturing and fulfillment partners. Product availability, sizes, colors, materials, and production options may change without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or modify our product offerings at any time.
 

Product Images and Colors

We make reasonable efforts to display products, designs, and colors accurately.

However, colors may appear differently depending on your device, monitor settings, manufacturing process, printing method, fabric, or material.

Product mockups and lifestyle images may be used to illustrate products and designs. Minor differences between an online image and the finished product do not necessarily indicate a defect.
 

Sizing

Sizing may vary between products and manufacturers.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the sizing information provided for a product before ordering.

Because many FSTCO products are made to order, selecting the correct size before completing your purchase is particularly important.
 

Prices

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

The price charged for an order will generally be the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges, when required, will be displayed during checkout.
 

Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, payment problems, product unavailability, incorrect pricing, technical errors, inability to fulfill the order, or other reasonable business considerations.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable payment will be refunded.
 

Made-to-Order Merchandise

Many FSTCO products are created specifically after an order is placed.

Production begins through one of our manufacturing or print-on-demand fulfillment partners. Production times vary depending on the product and fulfillment provider.

Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Customers should carefully review product, size, color, quantity, personalization, and shipping information before submitting an order.
 

Custom and Personalized Products

Customers requesting customized or personalized merchandise are responsible for reviewing and approving names, spelling, numbers, artwork, colors, sizes, and other requested details before production.

Once an approved custom product enters production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Custom and personalized merchandise may be subject to additional return and refund restrictions as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
 

Customer-Submitted Artwork

When submitting artwork, logos, photographs, text, trademarks, or other materials for a custom product, you represent that you own the material or have permission and legal authority to use it.

You agree not to submit material that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.

FSTCO may refuse to produce submitted material when we reasonably believe its use may violate applicable law or the rights of another party.
 

Shipping and Delivery

Production and delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.

Because FSTCO uses multiple fulfillment partners, products within the same order may be manufactured at different facilities and may arrive in separate packages or at different times.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers should review that policy before placing an order, particularly when purchasing made-to-order, customized, or personalized merchandise.
 

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, FSTCO branding, original designs, graphics, logos, photographs, written content, and other original materials displayed on our website are owned by or licensed to Full Size Trading Company and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or commercially use our protected content without authorization.
 

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our website or attempt to interfere with its operation or security.

You may not use the website for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
